Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Speech Language Pathologist role, located in Bengaluru. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day tasks include developing treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions tailored to client needs, and documenting progress. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients and their families to achieve therapy goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and evaluation of various speech-related challenges
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Experience addressing Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing issues
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech and language deficits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with families and teams
- Relevant licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience in pediatric or adult therapy settings is a plus
