RoleOverview:

We're looking for a creative, platform-savvy Social Media Executive to drive strategy, presence, and growth across major and emerging social media platforms. You'll craft data-driven strategies, build a consistent brand voice, and grow engaged communities, turning ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable impact for both our brand and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Work with the creative and copy teams to deliver high-quality posts - static, carousel, video, and reels that align with brand tone and business objectives.
• Stay on top of platform trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Support content shoots, including basic video production and camera handling.

Campaigns & Growth

• Assist in executing digital campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights.
• Explore opportunities for influencer collaborations and user-generated content.

AI Adoption & Innovation

• Explore and integrate new AI tools to enhance asset and content creation.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows for faster, more efficient creative production.
• Share learnings with the team to drive continuous innovation in content strategy.

Community Engagement

• Manage ORM and community interactions promptly.
• Build rapport with key audience segments and relevant industry voices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency experience is preffered).
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other platforms.
• Proven ability to ideate and implement content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, and content optimization.
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design, messaging, and timing.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Passion for branding, marketing trends, and building digital communities.
• Interest in video production, on-site shoots, camera handling.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Proficiency in design & AI tools (Canva, Ideogram, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is a plus.
