Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly driven Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. The role will focus on building a strong B2B brand identity, driving engagement with startup founders, CTOs, and key decision-makers, and amplifying campaigns through content, outreach, and storytelling. The individual will work closely with the founder, design, and development teams to create impactful content that strengthens MTechZilla's visibility and credibility in the global software industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content
  • Design high-quality, professional, and engaging posts tailored for the B2B tech audience.
  • Research and curate content ideas relevant to startups, software trends, and industry leaders.
  • Assist in script-writing and creative planning for founder-led LinkedIn videos and carousels.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for content ideation, scripting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and dev teams to align visuals and messaging
2. Podcasting & Thought Leadership
  • Research and identify relevant tech/startup podcasts for guest appearances.
  • Coordinate outreach, draft email pitches, and manage podcast promotion.
  • Repurpose podcast insights and clips for multi-platform sharing (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
3. Content Development & Campaigns
  • Prepare and publish LinkedIn newsletters, articles, and case studies with visuals, tables, and charts.
  • Brainstorm new campaign ideas and creative concepts aligned with MTechZilla's tone.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and high content quality across all touchpoints.
4. Community Engagement & Outreach
  • Execute intent-based outreach to founders, CTOs, and industry professionals.
  • Engage through meaningful comments, DMs, and conversations on key posts.
  • Share case studies, resources, and landing pages to build authority and generate leads.
5. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
  • Identify and connect with influencers, founders, and creators within the tech/startup ecosystem.
  • Build long-term relationships with micro and niche influencers relevant to the software industry.
  • Support content co-creation for LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast initiatives.
6. SEO & Analytics
  • Apply basic SEO and keyword strategies to improve content visibility and discover-ability.
  • Track weekly metrics impressions, reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use performance insights to continuously refine and improve social media strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in B2B, software, or tech sector).
  • Strong proficiency in Canva (Pro); basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AI content tools
  • Experience in LinkedIn growth, outreach, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations, content partnerships, and outreach tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and keyword optimisation.
  • A creative thinker who understands tech storytelling and startup ecosystems.
