Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic growth initiatives,
enterprise relationships, and business expansion while contributing to the
organization's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Define business development strategy.
• Drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
• Build executive-level client relationships.
• Lead major commercial negotiations.
• Mentor and develop the business development team.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Represent Rezolut at industry events.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ Years of experience in Business Development within an IT Services or Software
Development company.
• Mandatory experience working in an IT Services or Software Development company.
• Proven experience selling custom software development, web, mobile, cloud, or
digital transformation services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client business requirements and position appropriate
technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling IT services across multiple industries.
• Exposure to enterprise sales and consultative selling methodologies.
• Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
