Roles & Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Sales Ownership: Own and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for mid to large Banks & NBFCs (AUM > 500 Cr)
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets in SaaS subscriptions and digital transformation
- CXO-Level Engagement: Build strategic relationships with Chief Digital Officers, Business Heads, CTOs, and Compliance Heads
- Solutioning & Positioning: Understand client requirements and craft customized value propositions across Netwin's product portfolio
- Proposal Leadership: Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive winning proposals, presentations, and RFPs
- Account Expansion: Grow key accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and consultative engagement
- Sales Planning: Provide market insights and help shape go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and sales campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, with minimum 5 years in BFSI technology sales (Banking or NBFC domain)
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions or digital transformation services to Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions
- Strong BFSI network and understanding of RBI-regulated ecosystem, compliance requirements, and enterprise IT buying processes
- Ability to lead high-value consultative deals (ticket size 1 Cr+)
- Excellent communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to build and lead a strategic sales vertical
