Job Description

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Client Service / Strategy / Product Management or similar roles
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to absorb new concepts through self-driven research and by leveraging market connects
  • Sound appreciation of the capital market ecosystem in general and post-trade settlement activities in particular
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing dynamic environment
  • MBA / CA or equivalent qualification
  • Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Make proposals, presentations, and be able to present to clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with various departments
  • Follow-up meetings/reminders with various departments and clients
  • Conduct Training and Awareness Programs for various officials and Investors
  • Participate actively in Events/Seminars/Training programs hosted by the company
  • Candidate should be willing to travel
