Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships with universities and corporate clients, and expanding the reach of Hike Education's programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the business development team, setting and monitoring sales targets, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and analyzing market trends to inform decision-making. The role involves coordinating with marketing, operations, and academic teams to design effective outreach campaigns, optimize student acquisition funnels, and enhance partner satisfaction. The Sr. Business Development Manager will also prepare performance reports, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and represent the organization at events, seminars, and meetings to strengthen brand presence.
