Job Description

Location: Jangpura, New Delhi

Salary: ₹40,000-50,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to help scale our agency's growth. If you've worked with a digital marketing or creative agency and enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and converting conversations into long-term clients, we'd love to meet you.

This role offers direct founder exposure, high ownership, and attractive performance incentives for someone looking to grow their career in agency business development.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. Generate new business opportunities for the agency through outbound and inbound channels.
  2. Own and execute cold outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
  4. Identify and approach startups, brands, and businesses that can benefit from our marketing services.
  5. Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
  6. Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing teams to develop proposals and solutions.
  7. Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  8. Achieve mutually agreed monthly targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue generation.
  9. Assist the founder in representing the agency at networking events, business communities, and industry meet-ups when required.

Requirements

  1. 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a digital marketing, branding, creative, or advertising agency.
  2. Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
  3. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and conducting client conversations independently.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and relationship-building.
  6. Basic understanding of branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital campaigns.
  7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Prior experience working with founders, startups, or agency environments will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month
