Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting presentations and property showings, negotiating sales agreements, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in real estate market analysis and property valuation
- Effective team leadership and ability to meet sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru South real estate market is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South during business hours
