Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for getting sales orders within the assigned territory of the entire South India, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales leads, making field visits to distributors, dental labs, dental clinics, and dental colleges, managing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the dental products industry is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to understand technical details and explain them effectively
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
