Role Overview:
A Sales Manager in real estate is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of various projects, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service to affluent clientele. This role requires a deep understanding of the selling of luxury goods or services, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
- Researched luxury properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
- Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
- Assisting buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
- Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
- Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions & drawing conclusion.
- Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Real estate experience preferred.
