Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets. The role includes supervising team activities, generating leads, preparing sales reports, and ensuring exceptional client service. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and lead management
- Experience in sales strategy development and target attainment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Team management skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an added advantage
