Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new architects, interior designers, and contractors within the assigned zone.
- Explain the benefits of the LDD Pro loyalty program and assist partners in app registration.
- Ensure correct KYC documentation and tagging for every partner.
Account Management
- Maintain regular touchpoints with existing partners to drive repeat orders.
- Track each partners billing, category usage, and reward tier.
- Resolve any operational or order-related issues with the internal sales team.
Sales Growth & Wallet Capture
- Achieve monthly billing and partner activation targets as defined by the manager.
- Cross-sell multiple material categories and promote new product launches.
- Work with in-store sales and marketing teams to convert partner-driven leads into billed orders.
Field Intelligence & Feedback
- Gather competitor insights (pricing, offers, new stores, designer engagement strategies).
- Provide feedback on partner preferences, trending SKUs, and service improvements.
Event & Engagement Support
- Assist in organizing monthly Pro Nights and in-store trade events.
- Ensure strong partner attendance and post-event follow-up.
Reporting & CRM Hygiene
- Update all interactions, leads, and billing data in the CRM/app daily.
- Submit weekly reports on partner acquisition, billing pipeline, and key account health.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 25 years in B2B field sales or key account management (preferably building materials, interiors, tiles, laminates, or allied sectors).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on targets and manage multiple accounts.
- Comfort with digital tools / CRM / mobile apps.
- Local market understanding of Bangalore's designer & contractor network.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new AIDC partners onboarded per month.
- Monthly billing achieved through managed accounts.
- Active partner retention rate.
- Growth in wallet share across categories.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM reporting.
