Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for TRASSIR® products and solutions, including AI video surveillance, video analytics, and security systems, within the assigned region and customer segments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing a strong sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and preparing commercial proposals and quotations. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, while maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and channel partners. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution positioning, high-quality customer support, and achievement of revenue and growth targets, as well as provide market feedback on customer needs, competitors, and trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in security systems, CCTV, IoT, SaaS, or related technology fields.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct effective product presentations, demos, and negotiations with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Solid understanding of solution-selling and consultative sales approaches, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored TRASSIR® solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Comfort working in an international environment with cross-functional teams, and openness to learning about AI, video analytics
