To lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients, driving growth and business success.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth.
Ensure sales teams have the necessary tools, training, and support to perform effectively.
Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and coach team members for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
