Salary Scale: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,20,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring corporate clients
and promoting Companies digital mental wellbeing platform. The role involves identifying new
opportunities, pitching the solution to HR teams and decision-makers, and building strong
client relationships. It also focuses on achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline,
and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective well-being solutions for working
families.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads by approaching corporates, HR teams, and startups
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in employee wellbeing
● Pitch and demonstrate Companies digital mental wellbeing platform
● Convert prospects into clients and close sales deals
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams for growth strategies
● Track sales pipeline and maintain records in CRM tools
● Analyze market trends in mental health and HR solutions
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
● Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Compensation & Benefits
