About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive /
Manager to expand our market presence, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue
growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, commercial
awareness, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue
● Identify new business opportunities and target markets
● Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital platforms
● Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
● Negotiate contracts and close deals
● Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2. Client Relationship Management
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
● Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
3. Market Research & Strategy
● Analyze market trends and competitor activity
● Identify new segments for expansion
● Develop strategic plans to increase market share
● Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports
4. Coordination & Reporting
● Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams
● Maintain CRM and sales documentation
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Target-driven and self-motivated
● Good understanding of sales funnels and client lifecycle
● Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
● Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
● Strong presentation skills
Qualification
● Bachelor's degree
● Experience in sales/business development preferred
● Industry experience in FMCG products/Pharmaceutical/Neutraceutical.
