Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Inside Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building and nurturing business relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves effectively communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates will also be expected to work closely with a professional team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven competencies in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales strategies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
