Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop strategies to maximize revenue, and build client relationships to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to maintain a competitive edge. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales objectives with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Market Expansion
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Tracking Tools, CRM Software, and Data Analysis
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership experience in coaching and managing sales teams
  • Ability to execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in the Digital Marketing or Creative industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree is a plus
