About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and a flair for guiding students toward the right career path, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on courses, career options, and program benefits
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build rapport and trust with students
• Goal-oriented with a sales mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate ( Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the education industry is an added advantage
