Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing new business relationships, and selling loyalty solutions to hotels. Key activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to support client needs and ensure smooth project delivery will also be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of loyalty marketing strategies and customer engagement solutions
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets
  • Experience in the hospitality or loyalty solutions industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
