Since 2011, Oxi9 has been operating successfully across India and has expanded its solutions for beauticians through mobile apps such as Oxi9 Expert and Oxi9 Beauty. Guided by a vision to empower people to live life king size, Oxi9 aims to onboard 10 million beauticians by 2030 and serve 1 billion customers.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and drive revenue growth for Oxi9's herbal cosmetic product range and beautician-focused solutions. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing regional distributors and channel partners, conducting market visits, and identifying new business opportunities with salons, beauty professionals, and retail outlets. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and gathering market insights to support product positioning and marketing campaigns. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or related industries, ideally with exposure to herbal or skincare products.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, channel development, and key account management.
  • Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and performance-manage a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders (beauticians, distributors, retailers).
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting using CRM or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian beauty and cosmetics market; experience working with salons or beauty professionals is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings, market visits, and events.
