Role Description

The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events while working closely with clients to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include managing sales processes for private events, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless event execution. The role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to organize and oversee various event logistics and operations.
• Strong Sales and Private Events skills, with a focus on managing leads, closing deals, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including client interaction, interpersonal collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced settings and unexpected challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in event sales or within the fitness, health, and wellness industry will be an advantage.
• Passionate and motivated with a customer-centric approach and attention to detail.
