Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Himatnagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, presenting reports on sales performance, and collaborating with other teams to support company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address market challenges and client needs
  • Familiarity with medical or healthcare products is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Himatnagar and willingness to travel as required
