Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by cultivating relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, negotiating contracts, achieving revenue targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to promote our brand solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of retail design, brand displays, or related industries
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to meet goals and KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
