Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager, based in Surat. In this role, you will oversee the sales team, develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and collaborating with marketing and other departments to achieve company goals. You will also analyze sales data to improve performance and ensure that team operations align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a managerial sales role or in a related sector is preferred
