Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in a neighbouring country for a Sales Manager at Ganpati Enterprises. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the company's sales operations, engage with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing reports to monitor sales performance and market trends. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for monitoring market trends and sales performance
  • Team leadership and collaboration capabilities
  • Knowledge in the paper, packaging, or trading industries is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
