Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pondicherry for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves performing market analysis to guide decision-making and reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, business development, and account management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and customer relationship management expertise.
  • Knowledge of the automotive service industry, including ICE, EV, 2W, 4W, and HCV solutions.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership qualities, and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
