Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive room bookings, banquet sales, conferences, and group reservations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Adjust pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing, and Food & Beverage departments.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
- Coordinate with the Revenue Manager for pricing strategies.
Promotion & Networking
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain strong brand presence in the local market.
- Promote loyalty programs and special packages.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor payment collections and credit limits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
