Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bangalore. Need Gastroenterology exposure in Karnataka, Kerala or any one state. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, manage and mentor the sales team, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will analyze market trends, oversee sales operations within the designated region, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales channels.

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Marketing Strategies
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse market needs
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
