Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region, maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing strategies to identify business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include managing a team of sales executives, analyzing market trends, providing actionable recommendations, and preparing sales reports.

  • Strong skills in sales strategy, client relationship management, and market segmentation
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams with a focus on achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software tools would be an advantage
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the foodservice or equipment manufacturing industry is preferred
