Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Manager role is based in Surat. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop and execute effective sales strategies, lead client relationship management efforts, and track market trends to identify new opportunities. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, training sales employees, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to create and execute sales strategies
  • Strong Client Management and Negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities to guide and motivate the sales team
  • Experience in the textile or yarn trading industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including CRM systems
