Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with other departments to align on business goals and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in sales strategy, target achievement, and customer engagement
  • Team Management and Leadership: Experience leading and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed goals
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Proficiency in conducting market research, developing sales plans, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to drive results
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the furniture or retail industry is advantageous
