Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the dealership's sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team, analyzing market trends, and preparing performance reports to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Skills in Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning, Market Trends Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
  • Proficiency with tools for Reporting, CRM Software, and related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
