Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Surat. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets, and build long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, conducting market analysis, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including experience in generating leads and closing deals
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance
  • Leadership and Team Management skills for guiding and motivating a sales team to meet goals
  • Customer Relationship Management skills for establishing trust and building long-term partnerships
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the biofuel, renewable energy, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency in software tools like CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
