Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor located in Surat. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and guiding them through our range of skin and cosmetic treatment options. You will handle daily customer service tasks, maintain communication with clients, and achieve sales targets. Organization skills are also paramount to manage client appointments and records efficiently.

• Sales and Organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is advantageous
