Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying and generating new business leads

• Managing and closing sales opportunities

• Creating and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients and partners

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote Standyou's services

• Contributing to strategic initiatives aligned with company goals

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives with potential to exceed base salary

Key Requirements

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling pitches

• Proven experience in lead generation and market research

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong teamwork abilities

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis (preferred)

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
