Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who has experience selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, client acquisition, and pitching services such as Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, SEO, and Branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is a plus.
