Job Description

Prockured is a B2B procurement and supply partner serving the hospitality industry across India. We help restaurants, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens, QSRs, bakeries, and food businesses source commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, tableware, food packaging, hotel supplies, and operational consumables from trusted suppliers.

Our mission is to simplify procurement for hospitality businesses through technology, supplier partnerships, and efficient supply chain management.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with hospitality businesses, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, procurement solutions, and the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and procurement support
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, email, and video calls
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
