Mediezy Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven business development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, meeting monthly sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role includes both field visits and client calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Present software solutions, conduct product demos, and convert prospects into customers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable customized solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain sales records and share client feedback with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in software sales and marketing.
Fresher or experienced in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Willingness to travel for client meetings
