Role Description

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying customer needs, and promoting the organization's premium services persuasively. They will handle both inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, address inquiries, and close sales effectively. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in handling objections and closing sales
  • Knowledge of luxury services, personal branding, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
