Role Description

This full-time Corporate Sales Manager position is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with the option for occasional remote work. The role involves managing client accounts, identifying and generating new leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Corporate Sales Manager will work closely with the sales operations team to achieve business targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Strong Account Management skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including planning, forecasting, and executing goals to meet targets effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the brand promotion or related industry is a plus.
