Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager, located in Kochi. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive student enrollment and program scaling. This is a ground-zero role. You won't inherit a working system; you'll build one. You'll work directly with the founder, which means fast decisions, full context, and real ownership from day one. If you want a defined scope and a steady routine, this probably isn't for you. What you'll own

Growth strategy

Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth levers. Help shape the overall market strategy as we find our footing and scale.

Digital marketing and paid acquisition

Plan, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) end to end, from creative briefs and audience targeting to budget management and A/B testing.

Lead generation

Build lead gen pipelines across organic and paid channels. Experiment with landing pages, lead magnets, and targeting strategies to consistently grow the top of the funnel.

Lead conversion and sales enablement

Own the lead-to-enrolment journey. Design nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, and conversion tactics that turn interest into paying students.

Analytics and reporting

Set up and maintain Google Analytics, build dashboards that track funnel performance, traffic sources, and campaign ROI. Turn data into decisions, not just slides.

Full funnel ownership

You own the leads you bring in, end to end. That means the number of leads, the quality of those leads, the percentage that convert, and actively working to reduce CAC over time. If the funnel leaks, you fix it.

What we're looking for

  • Around 2 years of hands-on experience in growth, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally with real outcomes to show for it
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns independently, not just assisting
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics, including setting up goals, reading funnel reports, and pulling insights from raw data
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion and re-engagement
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. There's no team to hand things off to; you'll figure it out and get it done
  • Clear communicator who can write compelling ad copy and present a performance report with equal confidence
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in edtech or consumer internet is a plus
