Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales & Growth Manager to drive outbound lead generation and revenue growth specifically for Digital Marketing services (SEO, Performance Marketing, CRO, Web, etc.).
This is a pure sales-focused role responsible for building a qualified pipeline through outbound efforts and converting opportunities into revenue.

You will be responsible for generating and closing leads for:
SEO Services (Local, Technical, Enterprise)
Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Website Development (Shopify, WordPress)
Content & Inbound Marketing Services
What You Will Own
Revenue & Pipeline
Own monthly sales targets for digital marketing services
Build a consistent outbound pipeline of qualified prospects
Drive SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and revenue contribution
Ensure strong lead-to-deal conversion rates
Outbound Lead Engine
Create a scalable outbound system for digital services
Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads (eCommerce, Healthcare, Education, etc.)
Focus on high-ticket clients and long-term retainers
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and database prospecting
Identify and target businesses requiring SEO, Paid Ads, and Website optimization services
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for SEO, performance marketing, and CRO services
Build and manage segmented prospect lists based on industry, intent, and ad spend
Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads aligned with digital marketing service offerings
Book qualified discovery calls and strategy meetings with decision-makers
Pitch digital marketing services based on client pain points and business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and close deals
Track and optimize lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-deal conversion rates
Develop high-converting outbound messaging for SEO audits, ad audits, and CRO insights
Create and test compelling outreach hooks and value propositions
Build and manage automated email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance
Align with marketing and delivery teams on service positioning and sales strategy
Share market feedback to refine offers, pricing, and targeting
Monitor and report on leads, meetings, cost per lead, and revenue generated
Maintain weekly pipeline reports and forecast outbound performance
Optimize outbound campaigns based on ROI and conversion data
