Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi for the Jaquar Lights division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by building and managing client relationships, presenting and promoting Jaquar lighting solutions to new and existing customers, and identifying opportunities to expand market coverage. The individual will prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and after-sales support, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational success.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve targets and explore potential markets
  • Effective communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of lighting and building materials is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role, especially in sales of lighting or related products, is an advantage
