Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on identifying and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, presenting educational products and services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment, with a passion for life sciences and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences, education, or training industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
