Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective students, corporate partners, and institutional clients through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role involves explaining program offerings, understanding learner and industry needs, and guiding prospects through the enrollment or partnership process. The Sales Executive will manage a sales pipeline, track leads and conversions in CRM tools, and prepare regular reports on performance and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with academic and marketing teams for campaigns, participating in education fairs and industry events, and ensuring an excellent, ethical experience for all prospects and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in consultative sales, business development, and relationship management, ideally in education, training, or B2B services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (students, parents, corporate partners, and industry professionals).
- Ability to use CRM tools, productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), and basic data analysis to track leads and performance.
- Comfort with outreach through phone, email, in-person meetings, webinars, and events, with a focus on ethical and learner-centric selling.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; experience in the construction, education, or edtech sector is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven work style with strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
