Company Description Haus Of Chaos is a brand disruption studio that builds narrative-led brand worlds rather than traditional brand guidelines. The team works across immersive branding, redefined packaging, and experiential space design to create intentional, multisensory brand experiences. Haus Of Chaos partners with both legacy brands looking to reposition and startups aiming to disrupt their markets. Its client portfolio includes real estate developers, institutions, healthcare and clean-energy ventures, and founder-led consumer brands. Every project is approached as organised chaos — a rigorous, experimental, and strategic process that turns each brand touchpoint into a lived experience.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition / Sales Executive role based in Bangalore. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, and presenting Haus Of Chaos's services in a compelling and consultative manner. The Client Acquisition / Sales Executive will conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings, while collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals and pitches to client needs. Day-to-day work includes managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery teams. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring market trends in branding and design, and representing the studio at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, including handling pricing discussions, scopes of work, and commercial terms.
  • Familiarity with branding, design, marketing, or creative services industries is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental, and collaborative studio environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, outreach, and engage potential clients, brands, and businesses that could benefit from Haus Of Chaos creative, experiential, and branding offerings.
  • Generate leads through networking, digital outreach, referrals, social media, market research, and relationship-building.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services, including branding, packaging, immersive and spatial branding, and experiential design, through customised proposals.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to prepare pitch decks, proposals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Present, negotiate, and close proposals and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Account Manager / Delivery Team upon conversion, including onboarding, brief collection, project kickoff, and client transition.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, lead database, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  • Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities within branding, packaging, immersive design, and experiential branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to strengthen business development efforts.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to help refine service offerings and identify growth opportunities.

Education / Other Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience within branding, design, creative, packaging, or experiential industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with design and branding terminology is a plus.
  • Strong digital awareness and understanding of social media and modern marketing channels.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within creative agencies, branding studios, marketing firms, design consultancies, or creative services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of branding, design, packaging, experiential design, and creative services.
  • Client-facing confidence with a strong sales mindset and ownership of revenue goals.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
  • Understanding of project timelines and delivery processes to ensure realistic client commitments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, proposal creation, and presentation tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and creative environment.
