Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will drive end-to-end real estate sales cycles, including lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure. The role involves managing a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and providing advisory support to customers on property options, mortgages, and related services. The position will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as developers, channel partners, and financial institutions to ensure a smooth transaction experience. The Senior Sales Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track market trends, and contribute feedback to improve products, processes, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in real estate, financial services, or other high-value B2C/B2B sectors.
  • Strong skills in lead management, prospecting, pipeline building, and deal closure, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a customer-centric and consultative sales approach.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize sales activities.
  • Solid understanding or willingness to learn about real estate products, mortgages, property management, and related services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as needed based on client schedules and business requirements.
