Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru North. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential customers, build and maintain relationships, and promote MyDesignation's product range in line with brand positioning. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, handling in-store and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills, with a focus on service and satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills in English (and local languages as applicable), both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, fashion retail trends, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sales is preferred but not mandatory.
